In view of our growth and expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates for the following position:
i) Draughtpersons - (2 person)
- Diploma/ Degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Computer literate, architechtural background with Auto CAD skills & design development
- Familiarity in Photoshop & other 3D software will be an advantage
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
ii) Receptionist
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Pleasant personality and independent
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English (communication and written)
- Computer literate
iii) ARCHITECT (MALE) - 1 person
- At least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5-6 years experience in building works, managing project or related field is required
- Posess strong contract and project document and managemnet skills
- AUTOCAD & 3D knowladge is compulsory and knowledge of MS Project is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal & communication (both written & oral in English)
iv) ENGINEER (MALE) - 2 person
- Degree in Building Technology or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in building works
- Well-versed with the construction process and method on infrastructure and building works
- Able to do planning, site arrangement, project costing & report writing with analytical thinking
v) CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (QS) - 2 person
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 4-5 years experience with contractor/consultant in the related field
- Well versed with costing & contract administration work
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
vi) ASSISTANT CONTRACT EXECUTIVE (ASST. QS) - 2 person
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years experience with skills in taking-off & measurement
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
